Cayuga is the most productive of the grapes grown in our vineyard. This is a dry wine, tingling with citrus and green apple character. It has a balanced acidity that allows it to pair well with most dishes, including salads. It is a wine for all seasons, but particularly welcome as a summer wine.

Pinot Grigio

This grape is a 'grey' colored variant of Pinot Noir. This wine is full bodied with a predominant green apple and citrus flavor. It has a bright, well balanced finish on the palate. The Prefect compliment with salmon!

Royal White

This blend of Sauvignon Blanc, La Crescent, St. Pepin, La Crosse, Cayuga White, Seyval Blanc, and Chardonnay makes a wine with complexity and freshness on the palate with an attractive fruit-forward aroma. Chardonnay provides fruit and body to balance the excellent acidity of the blend.

Vidal Blanc

Autumn Wood

A well-balanced oak aged white wine, as done in the 'West', New Zealand, and Australia.  A dry wine aged on American Oak. With a hint of oak on the nose and a velvety smooth lingering oak finish. This wine will be the perfect compliment to any fall evening.

Riesling

A very unique Riesling. This variety of Riesling was developed by the Geisenheim Grape Breeding Institute in Geisenheim, Germany. This wine is elegantly structured with highly aromatic notes of citrus, grapefruit , and apricot with crisp minerality. It has a well-balanced acidity with a smooth lingering finish.

Traminette

This grape vine flourishes in our local climate. The grapes produce an excellent wine with notes of spice, pineapple, banana, and has a lingering, crisp finish. This wine is often more interesting and drinkable than its noble parent, Gewürztraminer.

Vignoles
